我們母女倆的交換日記

我一直想把湖濱散記好好地看完，第一次接觸它，是在1986年，大一的英文課本上。

1992年，第一次來到了真正的Walden Pond旁，

當年在世界日報波士頓地方版上看到一則報導：

「欲開車前往華頓湖保護區，可由二號公路向西行，轉一二六公路向南行約三分鐘，停車場即在左側。或可電Walden Pond State Reservation (508)369-3254詢問。」

（這則剪報我還留著，發黃了，一直夾在我的「湖濱散記」書裡。）

當週週末我們就按圖索驥，第一次去了Walden Pond，

後來的幾年，一年總要去好幾次，有朋友、親人來波士頓，也一定會帶客人去。

算是我的波士頓回憶中，非常懷念的一塊。
